2009 Groton House Farm Volunteer Awards: The volunteer award winners, who were selected based on their remarkable support for Groton House over the years, stand as representatives for all the unsung volunteers who make Groton House possible—the fence judges (in rain, wind, sun, cold, and mosquitoes), stewards, timers, scribes, runners, scorers unseen & sequestered away, and everyone who helps put on such an awesome event. The award winners will receive the esteemed and coveted Volunteer Award: the GHF polar fleece vest. The 2009 recipients are Mindy Moore, Bill Rothman, Buck Smithson, and Sally Weaver. Thank you for your hard work and dedication!
